Feel Happy Every Day.
I have been living by: If it’s not going to matter in 5 years’ time, don’t waste more than 5 minutes worrying about it. This has already had a large impact in how I see and react to things and I feel much better. I don’t feel anxious, I feel completely relaxed. The truth is, there is little that will still matter in 5 years, and that’s the beauty of it.

Moods are funny things. Sometimes it seems completely random, we may get out of bed “the wrong side” and it seems like it’s all downhill from there. Or, the opposite, something good happens, and consequently everything after is brilliant -you have a “lucky day”.
For an example, on a “Bad Day”, something inconvenient happens early on (traffic etc), you feel annoyed or bitter about it. Your mood from the morning incident carry’s over through the day and you begin to attract more of the same or worse occurrences. On the other hand, the same can happen on a good day.
First of all, the best way to feel happy and good every day is to recognize that a bad occurrence in the morning can be overcome, and it doesn’t have to turn into a bad day at all. You have the power to see things in a different light, and attract what you want. You can just as easily decide to be happy, and decide that things aren’t going to get you down.
Most noteworthy, If you were to have more and more “Bad Days”, your subconscious will eventually feel what you are feeling consciously. The danger of this is, you get used to the feeling until it becomes part of YOU. People who are described as Cold or Bitter, didn’t start that way, did they? It’s a result of many years of neglected feelings, or reactions to bad occurrences that haven’t been treated.
In conclusion, next time something bad happens, remember you are in control of your emotions. You deserve to be happy and relaxed. Most importantly, will it even matter in 5 years?
